The Stone House can accommodate up to 200 guests for your wedding ceremony and reception, making it the perfect choice for both large and small weddings. Dinner at Gwen is more than a dining experience — it's a visceral one, as you're surrounded by meat visibly hanging in glass-enclosed dry age rooms and whole animals roasting over a fire pit. The visuals at Gwen subtly call to mind our primitive past and are meant to offer a glimpse into the meal that's about to unfold and how it came to be. These age-old cooking techniques are presented in a beautifully composed chef's feast featuring up to 20 dishes within the menu. This spacious ballroom features vaulted ceilings, modern chandeliers, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

We include a paid internship in hospitality, full-time internships at our farms, and employment advancement classes and career coaching.
The bridal suite for the Lodge is attached to the pre-function space, featuring a private room, private bathroom, and balcony. It’s the perfect space to unwind with your bridal party before your big day takes flight. Experience uniquely crafted experiences and interactive classes focused around food, wine, cocktails, and music, hosted by the Stone House team. Based in Plainfield, NJ, BFBN is a non-for-profit 501 C-6, dedicated to supporting both small businesses and the communities they serve. Our Mission is to represent and join with others to advocate for small businesses and to support causes and people with values and purposes similar to those of small businesses. The restaurant will be open from 5-10 pm seven days a week.On Saturdays & Sundays, it will offer a brunch menu from 10 am-2 pm.

The set back that we had that our table for two was too close to a table of six people, and one of the people from the other table was literally on top of our table.
